The Consumer Confidence Index. May 2024
According to the quarterly household monitoring data, the Consumer Confidence Index — along with its components — slightly decreased and amounted to -4.8% (under the Rosstat methodology) in May 2024.
This page presents the sentiments and expectations of households and firms (small and medium businesses) in Belarus. The data is obtained from surveys. The consumer confidence index provides an insight of the future development of household consumption and savings, based on their current assessments and forecasts of their financial condition and the country’s economy, as well as their propensity to buy durable goods.
