The Consumer Confidence Index. November 2025
We present a new issue of the analytical bulletin “The Consumer Confidence Index” within the project Belarus Economy Monitor.
This page presents the sentiments and expectations of households and firms (small and medium businesses) in Belarus. The data is obtained from surveys. The consumer confidence index provides an insight of the future development of household consumption and savings, based on their current assessments and forecasts of their financial condition and the country’s economy, as well as their propensity to buy durable goods.

The consumer confidence index in Belarus remained in the positive zone: it stood at 1% according to the Rosstat methodology and 2% based on the Eurostat methodology.
The consumer confidence index in Belarus has once again reached a historical high: for the first time according to Rosstat’s methodology, it has reached positive values (2%), while according to Eurostat’s methodology, it strengthened to 3%.
